TBE S.A. is a management company of several undertakings for collective investment, more specifically undertakings for collective investments in claims ("SIC") regulated under the Belgian Law, more specifically under article 21 and following of the Law of 20 July 2004 concerning certain forms of collective management of investment portfolios, as well as for SICS not falling within the scope of article 21 and following of latter Law of 20 July 2004.

TBE sub-contracts management services to Crown Westfalen and to Intertrust (Netherlands) B.V. The monitoring functions and acting as a back-up servicer is performed by Crown. Preparing investor reporting services, calculation of the waterfalls and execution of the payments are performed by Intertrust (Netherlands) B.V.

Shareholding

The shares of TBE are held for 50% by Crown Westfalen B.V. and for 50% by Intertrust Netherlands B.V.

The board of directors of TBE S.A. consists of Intertrust (Netherlands) B.V. which is represented by its permanent representative Pieter Oosthoek, Eric Stoclet, Mark Pearson and MPT Services S.A. represented by its permanent representative Pierre Verhaegen.
