Overview

TBE is a Master Servicer based in Brussels providing Pan-European services. This joint venture between Fortis Bank and Crown Mortgage Management uniquely provides master servicing and reporting services to trustees, investors, rating agents and financial intstitutions for securitised portfolios. 

TBE was founded in 1996 as a Belgian Management Company. It is still the only securitisation Management Company controlled by the Belgian CBFA (Commission for Banking, Finance and Insurance). 

TBE is currently overseeing 18 portfolios for a total of EUR 5.325 Bln in RMBS, ABS and CDO transactions
