Master Servicing

The aim of the services that are offered by TBE is to protect the interest of the investors and to minimize risk at every stage from asset management and interest collection through to bond payments and reporting. 

Master servicing is essentially the monitoring and supervising of parties involved in the operation of a securitised portfolio.

TBE has developed expertise and systems (the Master Servicing System or MSS) that allow to track portfolios performance at the level of individual assets and thus to monitor servicer performance at the same level. 

Besides a control capacity that can be tailored dependig on the needs of the transaction, the MSS also allows the consolidation of distinct portfolios, the control of eligibility criteria, the provision of detailed statistical data, etc.
