Crown Asset Management provides property related asset management in the Nordic Region.

The entire Crown team has ample experience from structuring and managing large property holdings. In total, over a ten year period, Crown has been involved in property transactions to a value of in excess of EUR 1.8 billion in the Nordic market.

Crown is currently responsible for the strategic asset management for a retail oriented property portfolio in Sweden with a lettable area of about 125,000 sqm. Crown also provides asset management services for a retail-oriented portfolio in Finland with a lettable area of 191,000 sqm.

Besides asset management, Crown intends to expand the other business areas of the group, mortgage management and mortgage origination, into the Nordic region as the market develops.
